What if a nail has broken?

Repairs are charged per nail on top of the refill and are quick to do. Mention it when you book.

Three or four weeks after a set goes on, your natural nail has grown and there's a visible gap at the cuticle. A refill fills that gap, rebalances the apex and re-finishes the surface — it does not mean starting again, and it costs meaningfully less than a fresh set.

Refills are what make extensions economical. Keep the cycle going and you're paying refill prices most months rather than full-set prices; leave it too long and the grown-out set becomes unbalanced, catches on things, and you end up paying for removal and a new set anyway.

Book at the three-to-four week mark. We'll come to you, and if a nail has broken in the meantime, repairs are a small per-nail charge on top.
