What moves the price: how long you want the twists to fall, the type of hair used (synthetic, pre-stretched or human hair), how much volume and how small the parts are, and whether you supply your own hair. Bringing your own extensions lowers the total; waist-length installs with lots of volume sit at the top of the range. Transport is quoted separately once your braider knows your location.
